What is deleted
- Your name, email, phone number and password
- Your events, guest lists, invitations, messages and event pictures
- Co-organizer access, Face ID sign-in and notification settings
What is kept, and for how long
Records of payments and prepaid cards are kept for up to 7 years where the law requires it, with your name and email removed. If an event still has collected money waiting to be paid out, close the event first so the prepaid card can be issued.
